Trainee staff suggestion and battle organizer(being group in future)

hi! everyone and the staffs

i would like to suggest a group of Trainee Staff

-this means that these trainee staff are still under progress/under observations for being a full staff,

example: a member always shows his graphic skills and being active, we will move him to trainee staffs and if he's still doing good then he'll be an official graphic designer

if that member is placed there, the staff will decide and observe his activity,skills,activeness, etc. for atleast 2-weeks to 3-weeks, if that members succeeds the admins will move him to graphic designers group, if that member fails/inactive, we'll be removing him on trainee staff group,

if he is accepted, all the staff have to agree first, if anyone disagree with appropriate reason, then staff continue the observation to that member

to determine who will be added on the trainee staff group, the group mdoerator for every group is assigned to determine who will be moved to trainee staff group

example: zappyspiker being the group moderator of graphic designers is assigned to observe who will be moved to trainee staff for graphic skills of members

Cycle25 who is the group moderator of Forum Moderators is assigned to observe who deserves to be a trainee staff for forum moderators

etc.

2nd suggestion:

I would like to suggest in the future, battle organizer(rank) will be a group if we will reach 100-200 member and more active members for the members to recognize easily who are the battle organizers, this will reduce confusion for the members.

I think that trainee staff would be a good idea, for it gives the staff a chance to see who does and doesn't seem good for staff.
