new group/rank

well we should have a rank called Battle Organizer.. this means that this group will be dedicated/assigned on th pokemon battle center.. they will announce the winner after a battle has been completed and they will also announce if the pokemon of the winner will be leveled up.. or also the amount of money the winner will be recived.. any comments?
