Lol. A lot of people don't have microsoft word on their computer, like me xP
And some have laptops.

Another way is to paste the image into MS Paint (which everybody has already installed) and then put text on it using text tool.

Or you could use gimp.

Another problem is that there are way too many announcements/stickies in the forums. Way, way, way too many

for those people who dont have microsoft word you should get it
also i dont think we have too many anouncements/stikies and only important thigs get put into anouncements/stikies
