How to get Shaymin(Platinum)

First topic message reminder :
Speacial delivery! Get Oak's Letter via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection between September 28th and November 8th and use it to find the special Pokemon Shaymin! With Oak's Letter, you can unlock a new scenrio in Pokemon Platinum Version featuring the fames Professor that will lead you to Shaymin, the 492nd Pokemon in the National Pokedex. Syamin appears in Land Forme when you encounter it- but it can change to sky forme when you get a special item in Floaroma Town! More details will be posted in the Platinum section when we recieve it.

- Spoiler:
Step 1:
Be sure to enter the Hall of Fame by beating the Sinnoh League Champoin, then get the National Dex
Step 2:
Return to Route 224 via Victory Road to discover a path you couldn't take before
Step 3:
Take Oak's Letter to the stone tablet at the end of Route 224- Prof. Oak will be waiting for you
Step 4:
Together with the Prof. head to the Flower Paradise to encounter the exclusive Syaymin!
Step 5:
Catch Shaymin he is at level 30 and inits Land Forme so be prepared!

Oak's Letter is no longer availible this is a guide on how to use the card if you haven't done so
