New banner for holidays

we will be needing a new banner for each holiday (Easter, Christmas, Hallowe'en ect.)
here is the template of the banner:
in the corner is our mascots, all you have to do there is customize the background and fill in the white space with an apropriate image (pixilated)
For the christmas one i want the pokemon Delibird

I'm guessing we will need the halloween banner first because it's the closest?
