not global mods and no moderators

I think we should only have 1 moderation group. we don't need 2.

well i think we should only have 1 moderation group called Forum Moderators(remove global mods or moderators)

Forum Moderators should moderate the whole forum and the members of it will be still Umbreon49 and pokemonmaster555

i think there's no need of making 2 moderation group because our forum is just for pokemon and its spriting, what makes difference if global mod and mods if mod can moderate almost all of the forum.

in Forum Moderators we can hire up to 4-5 in it if we have more members
