well as a competitive battler im forced to say latias because it isnt uber i use mine as a mixed wall and it does fantastic

Well, they are both competitive additions to your party, although I believe to think that Latias is too simple to raise whilst Latios has higher statistics when you catch it (man, I find raving them down is hard) and is also a tough one to raise.
