hi kaadu and others
i would like to suggest for us to have a scrolling txt like on forumotion on the top
scrolling text: Welcome to pokemen. We need graphic Designers.
in this case, guests will know if there are still staff postions and they will most likey know that the forum is active.

zoids25, but it is not possible since we have 2nd navbar on announcement . it will be removed if you want it

it will need template editing if you need 2nd scrolling announcement
