Cyruszoid as an admin

ok so i just got a PM from Cyruszoid that he wants to be an admin
i was aondering what your thoughts were of weather i should do it or not

I don't know.... I mean he hasn't really been a member for a month and there are a lot of other people worthy to have an admin spot and he's also only got 20 Posts. I mean Mystic_gohan2 could be a good admin as well but he's the battle organizer. As well as a few other people who have been longer and have more posts. If you think he can be an admin, we may need to test his worthyness if he can be an admin or not What his PM say BTW?

i am not trusting him yet, he will need to be an active member first and i must say if we have another admin, we will have a total of 5 admins here which includes me, kaadu, zappy and kirbth, and thats too much, i will observe if he deserves.

You're right about that, even a big pokemon like Pokemon Mysidia doesn't have more than 4 Admins. Well they do have 2 Head Admin, (Which would be like Kaadu) and they have Staff and Assistant admins as well which would be the rest of us admins and they have a little but more Moderators but in other words they have over 650 Members so that's totally different

As far as I've known, an admin should become a forum moderator first before a member becomes an admin to test his skills in leading and moderating a forum.
