News systems fotr pokedollars

maybe we should have a system in which a member of the forum can;
buy to remove his/her infraction
ex: he has bin infracted 2 times, he can pay for 5000 pokedolloars to reduce it to 1
change username
ex: if a member wants to change his/her username, he/she can pay 3000 for it

i think 2nd on cost should be reduced ! it should be 1000 and i do not agree with first idea you can get 5000 pokedollars and the spammers will take advantage of it
